For the past twenty-two years, Chip has been an achiever in the only place that counts - the trenches. After earning his BS from the University of Oregon, Chip was an award winning salesperson for Jantzen Sportswear. In 1988 he joined world famous author and motivator Tony Robbins and quickly became the top field sales leader and trainer in his six years there. Chip is co-author of 10 Secrets of Marketing Success creator of the acclaimed tape series Gaining the Edge, Double CD sales tool - It’s Not What the Market is Doing, What are You Doing? and the Get Switched On! DVD. He just republished the classic book THINK – Applying The Success Principles of 1918 Today.

He pioneered new markets in the United Kingdom and Australia for the Robbins organization as the principal international point man before launching his solo career. Chip is married to Miryana and the proud father of Madison age 9, Davis age 7 and two year old Lucas. They live on Watts Bar Lake near Knoxville, TN. He is an avid tennis player, golfer, reader and playmate for his children.
