Comedy Customized Specifically for Your Group Whether he’s delivering a speech or Emceeing an awards show or general session, Mack observes and talks to people in the group so he can create a clean custom monologue specifically for the group. His years of creating corporate comedy, plus his time as a staff writer on Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher gave him the experience he needs to create comedy on the spot that makes everyone laugh and offends no one. When he spoke to a group at Cal Poly State University in San Luis Obispo, for example, he noted that the common abbreviation of the laid-back little town was very appropriate. “Just this morning I was at the SLO post office, and it lived up to its name,” he said. “Then I went to the SLO coffee house for some that famous SLO service,” all of which got huge laughs and knowing nods from the people who knew it so well.
Hilarious Motivational Speaker Mack’s inspiring and hilarious motivational speech, “Laugh to the Top: A Hilarious Guide to Achieving Your Goals” has garnered rave reviews from everyone who has ever heard it. While making his points with laugh-out-loud anecdotes and stories, he outlines his well-researched and very practical Seven-Step Formula for accomplishing whatever you want to achieve in business or in your personal life. He tells gut-wrenching stories of being thrown into a Moroccan prison and battling cancer—while getting huge laughs throughout. Anish Jain, president of the Institute of Business Forecasting, described it very succinctly: “Amazingly in this day and age, you got huge laughs, kept it clean, and remained truly inspiring, which is exactly what we wanted.”
‘The Perfect Host’ When your awards show, general session, or other event needs a professional to keep it light and lively, Mack is unsurpassed in providing exactly the right balance of taking care of business and getting the laughs. One satisfied producer gushed, “We had 150 award winners to recognize on stage in one hour, and you kept it fun and upbeat without ever letting it resemble a rodeo. You are a true pro.”‘Whether your event is a general session, an award show, or anything in between, your Emcee can be the difference between a couple of hours of drudgery and a rollicking good time.
Managing Transition with a Chuckle As companies and corporations struggle to keep their employees happy and keep productivity high in this environment of rapid change, managers need tools they can use to do exactly that. Mack did extensive research in the field of Transition Management, gathering the most effective techniques from such experts as William Bridges and Spencer (“Who Moved My Cheese?”) Johnson, and synthesizing them into a powerful (and funny!) one-hour presentation that gives managers the practical tools they need to lead their people through transitions. As always, Mack employs his motto, “If they’re laughing, they’re listening.”Mack’s dynamic presentation, "Managing Transition with a Chuckle" provides managers with the powerful and practical tools they need to lead their people through uncertain times—and to keep a sense of humor while they do it.
Custom Video Presentations If you want a custom-written and professionally-produced video that speaks directly to your employees or meeting attendees, let Mack show you how he’s done it for Isuzu, Kraft, Hertz and others. Since he’s a writer as well as a superb on-camera performer, he saves his clients money while avoiding communications breakdowns.
Add Spice to Your Candid Video Maybe you’ve already got an in-house crew making your special video and just need a professional on-camera person to make it sing. Mack’s your guy. He can host it for you or just throw in a few gags to keep it lively—whatever you’d like to do.
Laugh to the Top Mack's no nonsense formula for achieving goals is simple but entertaining, so his listeners walk away enthused, saying: "I can do that!"
Celebrating Cancer Survival The funniest two-time cancer survivor in the country inspires and motivates with his hilarious stories of beating the Grim Reaper to spread laughter in his uniquely warm, family-friendly style. Cancer survivors and care-givers leave Mack’s celebration speeches refreshed, thoroughly entertained, and re-energized to pursue new goals and lend support to victims of this cruel disease.

When groups want a message with their merriment, Mack is the comedic motivational speaker they call. Creating hilarious custom humor for each client comes naturally to the former staff writer for Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher, who performed on The Tonight Show with both the late Johnny Carson as well as with Jay Leno. His stories of surviving two battles with cancer, a stay in an African prison, one “near-fatal marriage,” and “the sharks in showbiz who stab you in the front” are as inspiring as they are laugh-out-loud funny. He’s also a pro Emcee who can turn a dull awards show or general session into a memorable event.
